Today I’m going to show you guys how to trim your styled moustache. Now I like to trim my moustache while it is styled. This is going to do two things. One, it’s going to make sure that next time I style my moustache it’s going to be perfect. Two, it’s going make sure it’s evenly cut on both sides.
Let’s get started. I have my desired English style moustache and I need to clean up the center so that’s where I’m going to start. You want to take all these hairs that are hanging down in your mouth that kind of tickle your mouth and you can’t get enough wax on them to keep them out of your mouth – what you want to do is trim those.
I like to take the scissors and trim right along the lip line. Now that you’ve trimmed along the lip line you want to get the hairs off the mouth.
The next part is I want to trim the length of my moustache. The reaon why? There could be several reasons. It could be that your moustache has stopped growing and it’s all just split ends at the end which is hurting your hair and not letting it grow any longer.
So what I like to do is I like to start from the very, very tip. I bring it to me and cut just to where the last hair in your moustache was. The shortest hair your moustache, all the way out there is where you want to cut and make sure they are all even. Then I’m going to do it to the other side.
Now that the end hairs are even look in there mirror and make sure the length is still even on both sides. Make sure you didn’t cut off too much on the one side and not enough on the other. If so, your moustache is going to be lopsided.
But since my moustache is not lopsided I just tweak it back into place and there you go, a perfectly styled English style moustache.
