We offer a full refund or replacement if a product or scent is not for you.
There isn't any fine print or trickery here, just a cut-off time. Let's make the cut-off date ridiculously far in the future, like three months. That way you have 90 days to check it out, use it, give as a gift or whatever and if you just don't like it, you still have lots of time to contact us and let us know.
In most cases we may not require you to send the product back to us, but we may ask that you do so that we may review a specific concern. In that case, we will email you back with a shipping label for return.
When receiving a replacement or exchange, depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you may vary. Once the item is mailed, we will only be able to follow up with the tracking number provided by the carrier. We are not responsible for delays or mistakes made by the carrier. We are not responsible for any customs, import taxes or other fees that one may incur with international orders.
