How did it get to the point where "Customer Service" means "the people you talk to when something went wrong?" It really shouldn't be that way. We will serve you whether or not you ever buy from us. We will serve the moustache community by helping share good news and relevant content. We will serve you when you have a question comment--and yes, of course if something should ever go wrong. Having an attitude of service to your fellow man isn't weakness, it is a virtue (albeit in short supply) and we hope your experience with CanYouHandlebar? is gives you a feeling like you might have had if you walked past the doorman into a fancy hotel lobby in the 1920's or a local watering hole for a stiff drink in the 1800's. Basically: we assume you're a decent chap and treat you that way not just because it is good business, but also because it is the right thing to do. We see our service to you breaking down thusly:

When something went Wrong. If your order went to the wrong address, took longer than promised or you received the wrong product, please email help@canyouhandlebar.com and we will work with you to make it right. It doesn’t happen often, but we do make mistakes and we will apologize when we mess up and do what we can to make you thrilled you chose us.

Towards the Growth a more Perfect Moustache. For those that have had a handlebar moustache for years, you may not need tips and tricks. For the rest of us who grew up without moustache mentors, tips and how-to’s are invaluable. We will have resources available on the site as well as newsletters that will get you growing in the right direction.

Advancement of the Moustache lifestyle. There isn’t any one particular type of man that grows a moustache; however, in my travels, I have found that many of us appreciate quality, entrepreneurship and classic masculinity. There is a certain sense of fraternity amongst our kind and we want to contribute to the community through links, supporting causes and enriching articles
