Hey Adem,
Sorry to hear about the wax not working with your white moustache! We actually do not have any color additives in our wax so it should set clear. In the past, we have seen this a few times and it usually comes from using too much of the wax. Could you try heating it really well and applying less to see if that solves the issue?

JUST PURCHASED YOUR SECONDARY WAX. I HAVE A WHITE MUSTACHE THAT I AM TRAINING INTO A HANDLEBAR. UNFORTUNATELY, THE TINT IN YOUR WAX IS TURNING MY WHITE MUSTACHE BLONDE. NOT HAPPY.
